1. Data we collect
When you submit our contact or quote forms we collect the information you provide (such as your name, company, preferred contact method, phone/email and message). For shipment tracking we process the reference you enter. We do not require more data than is necessary to respond to your request (data minimisation).
2. How we use it
We use your data solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, and provide our logistics services. We do not sell your personal data. Form submissions are stored securely and an internal notification may be sent to our team.
3. Analytics
We use privacy-friendly, first-party analytics to understand site usage. We do not store your IP address in a readable form and we do not use third-party advertising cookies by default. Where optional third-party analytics (e.g. Google Analytics) is enabled, it will be disclosed and subject to consent.
4. Retention
We retain enquiry and quote records only as long as necessary for the purpose collected and for legitimate business or legal requirements, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
5. Your rights
